Job Description

As a dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail ensures our operations run smoothly, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Reports to: Executive Chef / Sous Chef

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other kitchen tools.

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines in accordance with safety guidelines.

  • Keep dishwashing stations, sinks, and storage areas organized and clean.

  • Remove trash and recycling as needed and follow proper disposal protocols.

  • Assist kitchen staff with tasks as needed, such as food prep or stocking supplies.

  • Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the manager when replenishment is required.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.

Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, such as standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory training will be provided.
